You can delete your BullionFortune account and personal data at any time, either in the BullionFortune app or by contacting us.
In the app (iPhone or Android)
- Open the BullionFortune app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account.
- Enter your password and tap Delete my account.
Without the app
Email info@bullionfortune.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your login, name, phone, addresses, saved preferences, watchlist, price alerts and notification settings.
What we keep
Records of past orders (invoices, payment and shipping records) are kept as required for tax, accounting and anti-fraud purposes, normally for up to 7 years. They are then deleted.
